Instructions

- Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Pour the batter into the skillet and cook for 5 minutes, or until the bottom is golden brown.
- Flip the batter and cook for another 5 minutes, or until the other side is golden brown.
- Remove the skillet from the heat and tear the Kaiserschmarrn into small pieces.
- Serve the Kaiserschmarrn with icing sugar and your favorite fruit compote.
